First of all, happy 200th Camera Critters, folks!
This has been a good week for me. I got a new camera. It’s a Canon EOS 60D and my photo this week, is the first image I shot with the new camera.
I generally don’t like shooting Starlings (don’t like those birds), but it was the only critter I saw, when I was out looking for critters to shoot.
The image above is a little more than one fifth of the original shot. But I still have a lot to learn and get used to with the camera.

Starlings may be pesky, but you've got to give them credit for their vocal ability! Nice capture with you new camera!

i think its a great photo -- especially when you click on the image and look at it blown up. you can see the silly look on the bird's face!!
